Design of a Test Bench for Portals
Our Skills in Automated Testing Machines for Gates:
Our client, a leading supplier for the European market for hardware for closures on the Côte d'Azur, contacted ASM to design an automated testing machine for gates. Our client's need was to validate the quality of these products by carrying out endurance tests on gate closures. In direct collaboration with our client's Quality department teams, ASM engineers had to take into account the requirements linked to the product tested:
- Maneuverability
- Endurance
- Resistance to wind load
Features and versatility of the Test Portal System:
- A test gate with dimensions H 1.80mx W 3.00m
- Embedded masses of up to 200kg to simulate several gate models
- Color touch screen for entering the number of maneuvers to be performed with or without force measurement
- Versatility of the system dynamically managing different models and different loads
