Automation of Vacuum Bag Production:

The need of our client, one of the world leaders in household appliances, was to automate the production of hygiene products in non-woven materials. They were vacuum cleaner bags made by ultrasound.

Automation Machine Features:

The special machine designed in Sophia Antipolis was capable of producing up to 3,500 bags per hour. She carried out the following tasks:

• Bag gripping
• Ultrasonic welding and cutting by rotating drum
• Cap gripping
• Ultrasonic welding of end caps
• Folding
• Stacking before packaging
