ASM has been working for many years in collaboration with a global electrical and digital specialist in Sophia Antipolis. This special machine was designed to make windings used in circuit breakers. Its particularity lies in its dual operation, because it can be used in automatic mode or in manual mode, for 2 different types of products.

Our proposed technical solution:

Have a single versatile workstation with the following technical characteristics:

• Four-pole toroid primary winding with traction and conductivity control
• Two operating modes and two types of products for the user to choose from: automatic or manual and 2 or 4 wires
• Rate of 3000 to 6000 parts per hour
