After creating a pilot line, our Marseille client asked us to create a line capable of handling 8-color screen printing at a rate of 4000 bottles per hour.

Main Operations Done at High Speed:

• Gripping bottles
• Integration of the customer's screen printing process
  • Flaming: heating and removal of surface tension from glasses
  • Screen printing speed up to 1 m/s with overlay accuracy < 0.2mm
  • 8 UV polymerizations (one per color)
  • Opening
